Two Humber Quays - Location
Hull is one of the UK’s busiest port
hubs for both freight and passenger services, and has dual carriageway road links from the City Centre to the M62/M18 and thus the national motorway network. Rail and air links are also excellent and the combined communications package makes the region a superb location to live, work and invest.
Hull is at the forefront of UK regeneration, being spearheaded by Hull Forward, which is the Urban Regeneration Company appointed by the Government. Private sector
led and innovative from the start,
The organisation is leading and managing a £200 million plan of investments to stimulate over £1.5 billion of private sector investment, producing an exciting programme of change and enormous enhancement for the City.
Humber Quays will not only provide prime office space, but will also encompass waterfront apartments, a major full service hotel, new public plazas and a continuous
riverside walkway. It will also be home to the first World Trade Centre in the North of England.
This work is already well advanced and the first tranche of development has been the creation of the breathtaking Humber Quays, a City Centre waterfront development of which Two Humber Quays forms part.
Hull is situated centrally in the UK on the east coast. It is served by an excellent motorway network giving easy access to the rest of the country.
